Who I Coach

Inside, you’re carrying more than you let anyone see. You might feel tired, disconnected, or uncertain of who you are beneath all the roles you’ve taken on.
I support high-achievers moving through major life changes who are ready to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and lead their lives with grounded presence.

The Process
My coaching is simple, direct, and built on consistency. I don’t offer one-off sessions—real change requires commitment and a steady rhythm.
Every new client begins with the Alignment Sessions—four foundational sessions that build trust and create the space to slow down and do meaningful work.

After those first four sessions, most clients continue:

Weekly sessions for deeper support

Biweekly sessions for ongoing clarity and grounding

Monthly check-in sessions
All sessions are 60 minutes, and all payments are made upfront.
This keeps the work focused, intentional, and aligned.
RATES
4 Sessions — $800
(Required for all new clients)
Four weekly 60-minute sessions to establish clarity, grounding, and direction. This is where the deeper work begins. Payment is required to reserve your sessions so we can honor each other’s time and commitment.

Ongoing Coaching
After the 4-session Alignment Package, ongoing sessions are $175 each and paid at the time of booking.

You have the freedom to set the rhythm that works best for your life—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a steady pace that supports your growth.

This structure keeps the work simple, consistent, and aligned without locking you into rigid timelines or long-term contracts.​
About Me
Jay Glaspy - MSOL, PMP, MPM
I’m a U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran with five combat tours in Afghanistan. Those years taught me the real meaning of leadership—it begins within. Before you can lead others, you must learn to lead yourself.
​
When I retired from the military, I faced the same struggle many high-achievers know well—successful on the outside, but disconnected on the inside. Without the mission or the uniform, I lost my sense of identity. I carried the weight, the pressure, and the questions alone until I found a healing path built on presence, inner work, and honesty. That journey reshaped me and put me in a place where I can now serve others moving through the same transition.

My path has taken me from high-risk environments into deep inner work. With degrees in psychology and organizational leadership, I’ve built businesses, led teams in chaos and calm, and coached athletes and first responders in mental performance. I also coach youth football, helping young athletes grow into disciplined, resilient leaders.

I specialize in transformational coaching, psychedelic integration, mental performance, and intentional habit-building. My approach blends self-awareness, meaningful connection, and holistic wellness. Every client is unique, and my role is to guide you toward the answers you already carry within.

At my core, this work is a calling. I’ve walked this path myself, and now I guide high-achievers back to the steady, grounded center they’ve been missing—so they can lead and live with clarity and purpose.
